General Terms and Conditions
TheVintagePrint.com is intended to be a friendly, enjoyable and useful experience for all, but as with anything concerning online transactions there are risks involved and we strongly advise you to understand all of these terms before joining. If you see a listing that you feel is violating the general terms and conditions of TheVintagePrint as stated below please let us know by contacting us. Each seller must pay a EURO 5 verification fee in order to list their items free of charge. This fee is non-refundable. Please check thevintageprint.com/site_fees.php to view the TheVintagePrint.com fees page.

RIGHTS TO SUSPEND OR TERMINATE
You agree that registering with TheVintagePrint.com, at its own discretion, may terminate any auction or use of this service immediately and without notice if

(a) We believe that you are not abiding by the general rules of TheVintagePrint.com
(b) You have repeatedly broken a certain term (c) You have listed a suspicious item (d) We believe you to be a non paying bidder. (e) you have listed a prohibited item or service. In most cases when we suspect instances of this behavior we will suspend your account/listing while we investigate further. If our investigation concludes that you have misused your account, nor followed the TheVintagePrint terms of use then your account with us will be immediately terminated.

YOUR CONDUCT
You are solely responsible for the contents of your actions through TheVintagePrint.com. You must ensure that your participation in the selling or buying of items does not violate any applicable laws or regulations. By this we mean that you must check that you entitled to sell or buy the relevant item and that you are not prohibited from doing so by any law or regulation.
You must not transmit through the service any unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene or otherwise objectionable material. You must also not transmit any material that encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable law or regulation.

Links To Other Sites
Sellers are permitted to advertise other sites where they sell including blogs and social networking sites and may provide clickable links to the other sites where they sell, if they provide an equivalent advertisement or clickable link on the other site that when clicked directs the user back to the home page of TheVintagePrint.com. Sellers may not include links to other websites within their auction listings.

Example
If you provide a text/banner advertisement in your TheVintagePrint.com About Me page for your other selling site, then you must provide a similar text/banner advertisement for TheVintagePrint.com on your About Me page on the other site.
If you provide a clickable link in your TheVintagePrint.com listings to your other selling site, then you must provide a similar clickable link to TheVintagePrint.com on each of your listings on the other site,
If you enter your website URL on your TheVintagePrint.com profile page, TheVintagePrint.com will turn that into a clickable link, and you must provide a clickable link to TheVintagePrint.com from a similar page on your website.

YOUR MEMBERSHIP
Membership with TheVintagePrint.com is extended to you as a courtesy and not as a right. Membership is only available to those of you who can form a legally binding contract. We do not permit minors (those under 18) to register. If any member fails to signup with their correct age the account will be terminated immediately.

THEVINTAGEPRINT GENERAL TERMS OF USE
TheVintagePrint.com acts as the window for sellers to conduct auctions and for bidders to bid on sellers' auctions. We are not involved in the actual transaction between buyers and sellers. As a result, we have no control over the quality, safety or legality of the items listed the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of sellers to sell items or the ability of buyers to buy items. We cannot and do not control whether or not sellers will complete the sale of items they offer or buyers will complete the purchases of items they have bid on.
In addition, note that there are risks of dealing with individuals online, underage persons or people acting under false pretense.
TheVintagePrint.com shall not be held responsible for any items sold by auction, for any damage to items during transit or during the inspection period, nor for misrepresentations and/or breaches of contract by either buyer and/or seller. In addition, TheVintagePrint.com shall not be responsible for the cost of procurement of substitute goods or any losses resulting form any goods purchased or obtained.
TheVintagePrint.com assumes no liability for the content of the listings.
However if you fall victim of a fraudulent transaction we will assist you as much as possible.

ACCEPTANCE OF THEVINTAGEPRINT WEBMAIL TERMS

The TheVintagePrint WebMail service (the "Service"), owned and operated by TheVintagePrint.com

Your use of the TheVintagePrint Webmail Service is subject to these TheVintagePrint Terms of Service (the Additional Terms) which supplement the TheVintagePrint Terms of Service (http://www.TheVintagePrint.com/terms,page,content_pages), which TheVintagePrint Terms of Service are hereby incorporated by reference.

TheVintagePrint reserves the right to update and change, from time to time, its Terms and all documents incorporated by reference.

You can find the most recent version of these Terms and the TheVintagePrint Terms of Service at the URL listed above. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the TheVintagePrint Terms of Service, these Terms shall control.

RESERVATION OF RIGHTS

The Service and its benefits are offered at the discretion of TheVintagePrint, and TheVintagePrint has the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service, in whole or in part for any reason, at its sole discretion, with or without notice to you. You agree that TheVintagePrint will not be liable to you or any third-party for any modification or discontinuance of the Service.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and TheVintagePrint regarding your use of the WebMail Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and TheVintagePrint with respect to the Service. If after you agree to these Terms, you agree to other terms of service with TheVintagePrint or a TheVintagePrint affiliated entity, but those terms of service do not specifically identify (by name) these Terms and the Service as being superseded, these Terms will continue to govern your use of the TheVintagePrint Webmail Service.

CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM

These Additional Terms and the relationship between you and TheVintagePrint with respect to the Service shall be governed by the laws of Gent (Belgium) without regard to its conflicts of law provisions. You and TheVintagePrint agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Gent (Belgium).

LAWS
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of the United States and any disputes will be decided only by the Courts Gent (Belgium).
